Your wellness is an investment of time and financial resources and it's important to be proactive - not to wait until a crisis. Individual therapy is about self-compassion and self-care and it's an investment in you - in your life, in your relationships, and in your future.
The cost of individual therapy will vary but a typical fee is $120 for a 50 minute session. 90 and 120 minute sessions are also available as needed. We accept several forms of insurance and often insurance companies will even reimburse sessions with an out of network provider.
We're committed to being creative and working with you on financing to make this goal a reality. Plus, we offer a no cost consultation to make sure we're a great fit!
We enjoy being creative and therapy doesn't have to look like it does in the movies. We offer a few different individual therapy services to make therapy convenient for your life - right where you're at.
If you're tired of sitting in the office all day, don't do it in therapy, too. We offer walk & talk sessions for those who want to try something a little different.
Walking taps into the proven positive effects of physical activity and nature on the brain. Also, many people find it easier to open up and process the session while walking, since different pathways in the brain are working while moving.
If you're looking for a convenient option to beat the traffic, online therapy might be a great fit for you. It's much easier to fit in your schedule and can be a great way to "dip your toe in the water" if you've never been to therapy before. This is a great option if you find yourself on the other side of town or frequently traveling.
Online video sessions and telephone sessions are proven to have the same benefits of traditional therapy.
Of course, we also offer sessions in our beautifully designed offices, located in East Tucson.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an integrative therapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma.
In addition to trauma, EMDR is an effective treatment for depression, anxiety, addiction, OCD, and performance enhancement.
