Meet Our Team

Lindsey Joy Smith (she/her/hers)

Greetings. I'm so glad you are here. I know you are searching for an excellent therapist, and I believe in your ability to find a great match for your unique personality, situation and goals. I want to help! Let me share a bit about myself.  I am a Tucson native. I know my way around a Sonoran dog, Bookmans, and Sabino Canyon. I delight in the smell of the desert after it rains. I am a wife, twin, mother, and the proud owner of three absurd pugs. I have decades of life experience that I draw upon in my professional work.

I became a therapist because of my desire to help relieve suffering, promote healing, and foster growth. I have a background in education, culinary arts, and community service. My clinical experience encompasses supporting individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, utilizing various evidence-based methods and approaches. We can find what works best for you. In addition, I promise to provide a warm therapy space that is filled with empathy, respect, creativity, and humor. If you are struggling with relationships, religion, coming out, parenting, boundaries, anxiety or depression, I'm confident I can support you on your journey. You deserve to be nurtured, seen, and heard. When the time feels right, I’m here to help you move toward clarity, healing, growth, and a life that brings you joy.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) offering mental health therapy in Arizona. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Arizona, a culinary certificate from Edinburgh New Town Cookery School in Scotland, and a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University.
