Nutrition Support at Soul Space

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by what to eat, frustrated with your body, or disconnected from your hunger cues—you’re not alone. And you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

Our nutrition sessions are designed to help you slow down, get curious, and build a relationship with food that actually supports your life.

A different approach to nutrition

This is about understanding you—your body, your symptoms, your habits, your history—and creating a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and sustainable.

With a whole-person lens, we look at how nutrition connects to:

  • Energy levels & fatigue

  • Digestion & gut health

  • Hormones & mood

  • Skin & inflammation

  • Stress & nervous system regulation

Because your body isn’t separate systems—it’s one conversation.

Food is fuel, culture, and comfort

Meet Dr. Kate Sage, NMD

A woman smiling standing in front of a brick building with a sign that reads 'SOUL space' and has a colorful logo.

Nutrition sessions with Dr. Kate Sage are collaborative, personalized, and rooted in both clinical knowledge and real-life application.

Together, you might:

  • Explore current symptoms and patterns

  • Review your relationship with food (without judgment)

  • Identify root causes—not just surface-level fixes

  • Build a flexible, supportive nutrition plan

  • Integrate lifestyle shifts that actually fit your life

This is a space where questions are welcome, nuance is honored, and nothing is one-size-fits-all.

  • Hi, I’m Dr. Kate. I’m a naturopathic family physician devoted to caring for babies, children, and families through holistic, relationship-centered medicine.

I provide primary care for infants, children, and teens, supporting healthy growth and development from the very beginning. For adults, I offer collaborative and supportive care alongside your primary care provider, helping you navigate chronic concerns and reconnect with your body’s natural resilience.

Families often come to me for support with sleep, digestion, picky eating, autoimmune conditions, and overall wellness. I also offer vaccine consultations in a respectful, non-judgmental space and help families create sustainable, individualized nutrition plans.

I deeply value the time I get to spend with my patients. I complete all exams and procedures myself so we can build trust and continuity over time. My role is not only physician, but guide and teacher — helping you and your children understand your bodies and feel empowered in your health decisions.

When I’m not doctoring, you can find me reading, running, writing, or learning languages. I also love returning to my homeland of Wisconsin — eating good cheese and jumping into clear, cold lakes whenever I can.
