The Integrative Wellness Plan is for you if you’re committed to building your resilience and you see that your mental, physical, and spiritual health are connected.
It’s for you if you’re ready to take charge of your overall health and open to more than one kind of support, because living under chronic stress shows up in both body and mind.
It’s for you if you want more energy and vitality for yourself and the relationships you care about.
It’s for you if you’re tired of not feeling well and ready to thrive.
-
You begin with a full hour with Alana, our integrative wellness liaison. She listens to your whole story and walks you through an intake form. From there, she puts together a team of Soul Space providers who fit what you need, and shares your intake with them so you never have to repeat yourself.
Alana helps you get on the schedule. If you’re starting several services, or you live a distance away, she can arrange your sessions back to back so fewer trips are needed.
Then she stays with you. At 30, 60, and 90 days, Alana checks in to go over your treatment, talk about how you’re feeling, and look at your goals together. Our team works together on your behalf so you’re not left guessing what comes next. We walk with you toward the health you want and a life you love.

1. More choice for you. Most insurance plans cover very little for mental health care, and many require pre-authorization. That means a representative who may not be a mental health professional decides whether you can receive care, and you’re often limited to a list of approved providers. Without insurance, you choose who you work with.
2. Privacy. Insurance companies typically approve a few sessions at a time, and your therapist has to justify more. Sometimes that ends the work before your goals are met. Insurers may also ask for confidential clinical details, so we can’t guarantee full confidentiality when a third party is involved.
3. Diagnosis and its ripple effects. Insurance requires a mental health diagnosis for reimbursement. A diagnosis on your record can affect things like applying for disability or life insurance, certain job or financial aid applications, and permits, and it can be brought into legal proceedings such as divorce or family court.
4. Not everything is covered. Some services, like couples therapy, often aren’t reimbursable at all.
5. You stay in charge. You pick your providers and how long you work with them. You get greater privacy, and you can bring us concerns that insurance doesn’t pay for, like navigating life changes, improving communication in your relationships, building self-understanding, and learning new skills.
