EMDR Retreats in Tucson, AZ

Do you constantly doubt yourself and worry that you’re not good enough?

Do you feel stuck in patterns and behaviors?

Do you continually end up in relationships that are unhealthy, but you don’t know why?

Do you feel constantly on edge?

Do you feel like your business or work is suffering as a result of limiting beliefs?

Have you ever felt like talk therapy has been ineffective?

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful therapy that helps people heal from overwhelming life experiences. EMDR is an incredible tool that can help individuals process their experience in a healthy way, leading to improved mental health outcomes.

EMDR retreats offer extended therapy sessions to help people to feel better faster and provide a way to take EMDR therapy to the next level.

An EMDR retreat offers an intense focus on healing. EMDR retreats can be customized depending on your individual needs and you may combine services such as therapy, acupuncture, yoga, and massage.

About EMDR Retreats

The traditional model of weekly psychotherapy is shifting to meet your needs. Now more than ever, we need flexibility in how we get support.

Perhaps you’ve been meaning to get into weekly therapy for a while now, but your schedule has been so hectic and demanding that a weekly therapy appointment feels more overwhelming than supportive.

Perhaps you’re needing help — and a lot of it — right now, and you don’t want to spend months in the traditional weekly model of therapy treatment to feel better.

At Soul Space we offer EMDR retreats for our new clients who prefer to work intensively.

EMDR is not just for trauma; it is also used for performance enhancement to excel in areas such as athletics, business, and relationships.

EMDR retreats are personalized treatment plans that allow you to skip the waitlist by giving you faster access to select spots, and are designed to support your preferred schedule and timeline for your treatment goals.

Two women are sitting in a living room, one on a dark blue sofa and the other in front of her with a clipboard. The woman on the sofa has blond hair, wears glasses, a red shirt, and beige pants. The woman with the clipboard has brown hair, tattoos, and wears a black floral dress. A black microphone is placed between them on a white round table, and the woman with the clipboard appears to be interviewing or speaking to the woman on the sofa. The room has a modern decor with abstract art on the wall, a tall lamp, a potted plant, and a white desk and chair in the background.

Let’s Get Started!

The process for getting started is easy! First, we will schedule a 30-minute phone consultation to learn more about you and figure out if an intensive retreat is right for you. You can be located anywhere in the world for the initial phone call.

Next, we’ll come up with a customized plan that fits with your schedule and goals. You can choose a series of 2-hour sessions, half-days, one day, or multiple-day session—we keep our scheduling options as flexible as possible and there will be breaks for lunch, movement, getting fresh air, and other necessities. We are happy to provide adjunctive EMDR for anyone already working with a therapist and love collaborating with other providers.

All therapy is provided in Tucson, Arizona and many clients travel from out of state and create a self-care retreat by staying for 3-5 days. We provide area accommodation recommendations and a personalized and flexible retreat itinerary based upon your interests and needs (optional services include acupuncture, yoga, massage and local recommendations for spa services, nature hikes, artisan coffee shops, and the like.)

  • “I highly recommend Soul Space as genuinely caring, dedicated, honest and effective therapists that are motivated to really get people “better” rather than getting you wrapped up in years of therapy. They offer really neat alternatives to the traditional “sit on a couch” type approach-you can do walk and talk therapy with or even online counseling sessions! Perfect for busy people on-the-go and adolescents.”
