People often seek therapy during times of change or uncertainty. You may be feeling overwhelmed, navigating relationship challenges, or adjusting to a major life transition.
I am a counseling intern at Soul Space, where I provide a collaborative, respectful, and nonjudgmental space for individuals and couples. I believe therapy works best when it is practical, transparent, and tailored to your goals. You bring your lived experience and insight; my role is to help you clarify what’s getting in the way, understand patterns that have developed over time, and build tools that support meaningful, sustainable change. I work with all ages, including children and adolescents (with a particular focus on anxiety), adults across the lifespan, and with couples navigating communication challenges, life transitions, and relational stress.
My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centered, grounded in an understanding of how broader systems shape and influence our lives. I integrate somatic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support emotional regulation, clearer decision-making, and values-aligned action. I am committed to providing an affirming environment that honors each person’s identities and lived experiences.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading mysteries and thrillers, spending time with my family, and being outdoors.
