Nature Therapy Group

When: Saturdays, starting February 14th

Age Group: 18+

This group will meet at Sabino Canyon (parking is included in cost), begin at 8:30am and will involve easy-to-moderate hikes that last two hours maximum.

These 4 weeks will include:

  • Mindfulness, somatic practices, and reflection exercises

  • Reflection: Nature as a place of inherent belonging and acceptance

  • Discussion: What it feels like to receive support (and to give support)

  • Developing self-trust

  • Learning to view life as a journey, using the trail as a metaphor

Led by pre-licensed therapists Isabella and Emily, this 6-week group is for anyone who has experienced grief of any kind, recent or long past, expected or sudden. You are welcome exactly as you are.
You’ll be in a small group of people walking a similar path, learning tools to cope, process grief, and move toward acceptance when life looks nothing like you thought it would.

Trauma Conscious Yoga Method is not your typical yoga class- classes will incorporate self-study, somatic therapy elements, breath work, meditation and some gentle asana (poses/movement). Beginners to yoga are absolutely welcome.

This 4-week workshop focuses on cultivating your resilience and nourishing that sacred space within. Through shared experience and support, the power of the group can foster individual growth.

Includes a 30 min individual virtual follow up 2-3 weeks after.

This guided breath work group is designed to help you drop out of your head and into your body and heart. Led by Shea, a certified Reset Breathwork facilitator, this experience supports the release of stuck energy and unprocessed emotions through intentional breathing. Expect a deeply grounding, elevating practice that helps regulate your nervous system and create space for clarity, presence, and emotional release.
