Breathwork group
Find space to breathe
Sometimes, understanding how you feel isn't the same as actually feeling better.
Breathwork offers another way to connect with yourself, using intentional breathing, music, and guided meditation to explore what's happening beneath the surface. Led by Soul Space therapist Camille Davre, this small-group experience gives you space to slow down, tune in, and practice meeting your experiences with curiosity instead of judgment.
With guided breathing, you can practice:
Finding your footing in stress by learning to move between activation and calm.
Getting out of your head and noticing what you're experiencing in your body.
Making room for emotions without needing to immediately explain, fix, or push them away.
Building self-awareness by paying attention to the physical cues you might usually overlook.
what to expect
Each 90-minute session combines grounding meditation, guided breathing with rhythmic music, and time for stillness and reflection.
Across four weeks, you'll have opportunities to explore your body's responses, practice returning to a grounded state, and reflect on what you notice.
Your pace matters. This is a trauma-informed space where choice comes first. You can adjust your breathing, pause, or stop whenever you need to. There's no pressure to share, have a breakthrough, or experience things a certain way.
