  • Brief demonstration of how to employ household items as yoga props. Also included is using a chair for balance or difficulty getting up and down from the floor

  • The class is a holistic gentle/strong practice for all bodies. Beginners to experienced participants will receive a well-balanced, non-intimidating, calmly paced yoga session combining movement, breath and relaxation. Yoga has tools to manage our moods, helping us to feel uplifted, strong and relaxed.

Hello, I’m Bonnie Golden. I craft individualized and group yoga classes for people across the lifespan. I have seen first-hand that yoga will enhance our health and well-being holistically: body, mind, and breath. I have 1000s of hours of teaching experience and credentialed expertise in Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga, Yoga for Healthy Aging, Pelvic Floor Health, and more. My motto is I want you to practice your yoga! I’m the author of “Yoga for Holistic Healing: Poses and Sequences for Pain and Stress Relief”. I am also a former college faculty member.
