Hello and welcome! I am a youngest daughter, fiancée, friend, student, and counseling intern. In a world that is constantly changing, we often find ourselves balancing many roles at once — and at times, that can feel overwhelming. My aim is to provide a collaborative space where you feel safe, acknowledged, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with greater understanding and self-assurance.

My approach is grounded in Person-Centered Therapy and draws on principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe that all you need to grow and change is already within you, it’s just a matter of discovering what lies below the surface to make that change a reality. Together we can explore the many facets of your being, and how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors have kept you feeling stuck.

I strive to create a warm, authentic and nonjudgemental space that allows for both the difficult and meaningful parts of being human. In our work together, we may process experiences of shame, anxiety, or uncertainty, or a vast range of other experiences while also recognizing and celebrating moments of growth, both big and small. Rather than providing advice, I see myself as an ally who supports you in discovering your own strengths, wisdom, and capacity for change.

Outside of Soul Space I enjoy anything creative, particularly knitting, as well as spending time outdoors, and being with loved ones.

I work with individuals of all ages and lived experiences. If you feel we may be a good fit, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
