What if therapy didn’t have to be inside four walls?

This 4-week group will meet at Sabino Canyon for an easy-to-moderate hike that lasts up to 2 hours. The goal of the therapy group is to explore community, acceptance, belonging, mindfulness, and more. Nature can be a powerful place to ground yourself in a therapeutic environment.
