“This was my first time experiencing a group session in therapy. After completing the six week trauma yoga class, I can truly recognize today, how profoundly the class helped me process some much needed Trauma/PTSD symptoms for 4-5 months - and how good I feel for taking and completing the class. I feel being in a room with 8 other people who also have experienced some kind of trauma, we found a safe place at Soul space on Wednesday nights to heal and grow together.”
