Meet The Group Facilitators

  • “This was my first time experiencing a group session in therapy. After completing the six week trauma yoga class, I can truly recognize today, how profoundly the class helped me process some much needed Trauma/PTSD symptoms for 4-5 months - and how good I feel for taking and completing the class. I feel being in a room with 8 other people who also have experienced some kind of trauma, we found a safe place at Soul space on Wednesday nights to heal and grow together.”

  • "I really loved the class! I loved the gentle and accepting environment. The moves were sometimes challenging for me but we were always encouraged to modify as needed or desired - so I learned some new moves but never felt uncomfortable. I also really loved the themed meditations and journaling. I learned new things about myself and picked up new ways to relax and feel grounded."

  • "This group was a calming and safe space to simply unwind and be with myself and others. It became a nice refuge... I liked the dark, calm atmosphere, the movement, the opening thoughts and the journaling at the end."
