Not Your Typical Yoga Class
This 6-week group will incorporate self-study, somatic therapy elements, breath work, meditation, and some gentle asana (poses/movement). Beginners to yoga are absolutely welcome! The focus of trauma-conscious yoga is to listen to and honor your body, so postures are always optional and modifications are encouraged.
